2. Is the can disposable?

The can is reusable, but once you have opened it and filled the air conditioner with gas with a pressure gauge line, you must close the valve. Later, the can together with the pressure gauge tube can be used again to fill the air conditioner. However, if the can is opened and the pressure gauge cable is disconnected, it will not be possible to use the can again.


3. Is the tube reusable?

Yes, we can reuse the cable many times for different air conditioning installations. This is a convenient and economical solution for our users, as they do not have to buy a new cable every time they need to take measurements and top up the A/C system.


4. How many cans do I need for my car?

This depends on the capacity of the cooling system tank. Our refrigerant corresponds to 453 grams of R-134a gas or 510 grams of R-12 gas. A maximum of 2 cans of gas will be needed.


5. How do I check that the kit is compatible with my car model?

Check what type of refrigerant is recommended for your particular car. Typically, cars manufactured before 1994 require R12 gas, while vehicles from 1994-2016 are usually fitted with refrigeration systems with R134a gas. After 2016, a new type of refrigerant gas, R1234yf, emerged and is being used in an increasing number of cars.

Remember that there are some exceptions to these rules, so it is always a good idea to check which refrigerant is recommended for your specific car model, and it is best to do this under the bonnet.

7. Is gas safe for the car?

8. Is it worth buying A/C gas before the winter period if you won't be able to use the A/C all winter anyway?

Properly preparing your air conditioning before the winter period is key to keeping it in good condition. While it may seem like a no-brainer to fill the system with refrigerant, it is well worth doing so. A lack of refrigerant can lead to moisture build-up inside the system, which in turn can damage components such as the compressor. Filling the air conditioning regularly before the winter period helps avoid costly repairs and minimises the risk of damage. In addition, using air conditioning during the winter period helps to dehumidify the interior of the vehicle and prevents fungal and mould growth.


9. Is there a way to improve the performance of an air conditioning unit in a vehicle that is currently working, but its efficiency has decreased significantly?
